Requirements
- Valid job offer from a Spanish employer
- Employer must obtain prior labour market authorisation (unless exempt)
- Employment contract meeting Spanish minimum wage and hours requirements
- Relevant qualifications or professional experience for the role
- Clean criminal record from home country and all countries of residence in the past 5 years (apostilled)
- Valid passport
- Employer must be registered with Spanish Social Security
